Neil Kouba is the CEO of Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions, where he provides strategic oversight of the business and leadership of the Payroll and Temporary Staffing divisions. He has been with Pivotal since 2009 and became a partner in 2013. With over 20 years of experience in the Recruiting and Payroll industry, Neil brings extensive expertise to the organization and holds an MBA from Queen’s University.

Mike Salveta is the President of Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions, where he leads the HR Division. He has been with Pivotal since 1996 and became a partner in 2005. With over 35 years of experience in Human Resources, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization and holds a certification as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
