Mike Salveta has been with the firm since 1996. During this time Mr. Salveta has been involved in a tremendous number of Pivotal Managed HR accounts (formerly HROI).

Mike is widely-recognized for his ability to identify measurable business plan improvements by linking employee efforts and achievements directly to business goals. Working with presidents and senior management teams, he has provided strategic consulting services to over 100 clients in manufacturing, services and hi-tech industries.

His prior background includes senior level positions with Canadian Gypsum Company, Masland Industries and British Tire and Rubber.

Mr. Salveta has received post-graduate training from the Kellogg School of Business and the University of Western Ontario and has obtained the Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
