		<description>All excellent points - If I had to choose a favourite I would say #2 -  As an HR professional, I often say to Managers that &quot;you are not doing an unsuccessful employee any favours by sweeping the issue under the rug - there is no chance the situation will improve without communicating your concerns&quot;...and by improvement I mean either the employee&#039;s performance changing for the better or eventually exiting the employee so that they can find a role and organization where they are a good fit!!</description>
