The Need

The client needed a large number of temporary workers in response to a seasonal ramp up.

The Problem

The client needed this large supply of quality, temporary workers under tight time restrictions, and for a limited period of time.

The Solution

Pivotal’s Staffing Solutions group, Action Force, stepped in to provide the quantity of seasonal workers, with the addition of an on-site supervisor responsible to inform, instruct, and ensure quality of the temporary employees.

The Benefit

Pivotal provided the management and supervision of the temporary staff, alleviating the client’s supervisory staff to concentrate on their work without additional management tasks. Pivotal’s on-site supervisor was also responsible for all aspects of the Health & Safety of the workers, reducing the responsibility of the client and ensuring due diligence for both companies.
