David McCormick, President, Pivotal Staffing Solutions
David is a veteran of the staffing industry with 25 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has provided clients with strategic staffing solutions encompassing productivity improvement, increased quality performance and employee satisfaction and retention. From tactical day-to-day staffing requirements to complex outsourcing scenarios, David has built a reputation of deploying innovative strategies that positively impact the client’s bottom line.
Since joining Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions in 2002, David introduced the Health & Safety “Best Practices” program to our light industrial clients. This initiative focuses on the due diligence required by Pivotal, the client and the employee to partner together to create a safe workplace, free of lost-time injuries and resulting in reduced liability and potential costly fines to the client.
David graduated from Ryerson University with a bachelor’s degree in business and began his career with NCR Canada Ltd., marketing cost control systems to the hospitality industry. His knowledge of ”consultative sales” was enhanced through his training at NCR, and honed through the years in the staffing business.
David is an avid golfer and enjoys kayaking expeditions with his wife and two sons whom he lives with in Fergus.
