Yolanda Fuoco, B.A., Director, Payroll Services
Yolanda Fuoco has been with the Pivotal team since 2003 and has been instrumental to its growth and development. She currently oversees Pivotal's Payroll Solutions managing a department of 13 Payroll professionals focused on delivering outsourced payroll management and project delivery for our client base.
Ms. Fuoco has over 15 years of progressive Payroll experience. Prior to joining Pivotal, she worked for ADP Canada where she managed a team of 14 associates in the day-to day service and maintenance of over 8000 clients under the Small Business market segment.
She played a crucial role in the development and implementation of proactive policies and procedures to assist in Performance Management and Quality Assurance, resulting in the Small Business Market contributing to over half of ADP's business.
Ms Fuoco was also Year-End Coordinator, responsible for creating processes and procedures for both internal and external clients as well as being one of the ADP representatives who assisted Royal Trust and Bank of Canada with their RRSP and CSP campaigns.
Yolanda has a Bachelors Degree from York University as well as an English Certificate (Hons) from Michigan University and has completed all levels of the Canadian Payroll Association course.
