Mike Salveta, CHRP, President, Integrated Solutions
Mike Salveta has been with the Pivotal team since 1996 and is a Partner in the Company. In his current role he is responsible for leading and overseeing our integrated solutions division which includes HR, Payroll, Professional Recruitment and Managed Workforce service offerings.
Mr. Salveta has over 20 years of progressive General Management and Human Resources experience and has been involved directly in over 200 Pivotal clients, working with their presidents and senior management teams on strategic consulting services.
Prior to joining Pivotal, Salveta spent more than 10 years in senior HR management positions with two leading firms. His competencies included strategic business and HR planning, union negotiations, employee engagement, leadership development and total compensation systems.
Mr. Salveta is a regular contributor to HR news articles and is regularly requested to speak to industry groups on a wide range of HR topics. Salveta’s interactive, tell-it-like-it-is training style and his unique ability to dig deep into the heart of issues and identify practical ROI solutions to HR challenges are appreciated by business leaders across all industries.
Mr. Salveta completed post-graduate executive training with the Kellogg School of Business and the Ivey School of Business, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
