Alan Kouba is one of the founders of Pivotal and has been instrumental in the direction and expansion of Pivotal since 1981. Currently he is the CEO and responsible for guiding the business and its employees in achieving the company’s goals.
Mike Salveta has been with the Pivotal team since 1996 and is a Partner in the Company. In his current role he is responsible for leading and overseeing our integrated solutions division which includes HR and Payroll service offerings.
David is a veteran of the staffing industry with 25 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has provided clients with strategic staffing solutions encompassing productivity improvement, increased quality performance and employee satisfaction and retention. From tactical day-to-day staffing requirements to complex outsourcing scenarios, David has built a reputation of deploying innovative strategies that positively impact the client's bottom line.
Yolanda Fuoco has been with the Pivotal team since 2003 and has been instrumental to its growth and development. She currently oversees Pivotal’s Payroll Solutions managing a department of 13 Payroll professionals focused on delivering outsourced payroll management and project delivery for our client base.
Alison Growse has been with the Pivotal team since 1997 and has played a significant role in its growth – currently she oversees our HR Solutions business with a department of 20 HR professionals focused on Outsourced HR management and project delivery for our client base.
